Humic acids, heavy metals, heme are the most notorious PCR inhibitors. This could be due to non-optimizedDNA purification procedures which often co-purify inhibitors and lead to false negative results on downstream
applications.
The SPINeasy® DNA Purification Kit is formulated to effectively remove contaminants on pre-purified DNA
samples using the novel and proprietary humic acid removal technology. It can recover high quality DNA for
all downstream applications.
